CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1523, 1995
Being a Bylaw to Permit Encroachments on Highways
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT the owners of properties legally described as:
Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 4, Plan 636, Section 34, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District
are permitted to maintain, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Highway Encroachment Agreement, attached as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, as an existing structure known as Harmony Lodge Apartments described therein and over that portion of the highway described in the Highway Encroachment Agreement.
3. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw #1523, 1995".
4. THAT this bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it's adoption by City Council.
