TEMPORARY COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PERMITS SECTION 21
21.1 Council may issue Temporary Commercial and Industrial Permits in the areas shown on Schedule E - Development Permit and Temporary Commercial and Industrial Permit Areas. This designation does not preclude appropriate types of permanent development. These Permits are valid for a maximum of two years and may be renewed only once. The Permit may be issued only under the following conditions: - does not have a negative impact on lands in the vicinity;
- does not create a significant increase in the level of demand for services;
- does not permanently alter the site upon which it is located; and
- complies with all the conditions specified by Council in the Temporary Commercial and Industrial Permit.
