CITY OF REVELSTOKE

Being a Bylaw of the City of Revelstoke to Close Off and Stop Up to Traffic Unnamed Road in Part of Section 23, Township 23 and in Part of Section 4, Township 24, Both Of Range 2, West of the Sixth Meridian, Kootenay District

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 578 of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT unnamed road in Part of Section 33, Township 23 and in Part of Section 4, Township 24, both of Range 2, West of the
Sixth Meridian, Kootenay District as outlined in Plan attached
as Schedule "A" and prepared by J.C. Johnson, B.C.L.S. on
May 19, 1995 is not required for road purposes, is hereby
Closed and Stopped Up to Traffic of all kinds.
2. THIS Bylaw shall be advertised in the Times/Review prior to
the adoption thereof.
3. THAT access is not an issue.
4. THIS Bylaw shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. THIS Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Granstrom Development Road Closure Bylaw #1516,
1995.
