CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1515, 1995
Being a Bylaw to Permit Encroachments on Highways
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT owners of properties legally described as:
Strata Lots 1 - 100, Section 25, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Strata Plan N88, together with the Common Property;
are permitted to maintain, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Highway Encroachment Agreement, attached as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, on that portion of highway described in the Encroachment Agreement.
2. THAT this encroachment is as a result of the owner of said lands dedicating that portion of common roadway as highway.
3. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw #1515, 1995".
4. THAT this bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it's adoption by City Council.
