CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO. 1495

Being a Bylaw to Amend Mobile Home Park and Subdivision Bylaw No. 1080, 1976.

WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Mobile Home Park and Subdivision Bylaw No. 1080, 1976 to allow for larger mobile home additions and to require building permits to site mobile homes in Mobile Home Parks.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Section 4.3(6) be deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
4.3(6) The total area of all enclosed additions must not exceed 500 square feet (46.45 m²) or wider than the existing mobile home to a maximum width of 12 feet (3.66 m).
2. THAT Section 4.3(7) be deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
4.3(7) A building permit must be obtained from the Building Inspector through the Mobile Home Park owner prior to the siting of a mobile home, the commencement of construction of an alteration, addition or accessory building to the mobile home.
3. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon
its adoption by City Council.
4. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke Mobile Home Park and Subdivision Amendment Bylaw No. 1495, 1994".
