Being a Bylaw to Close Off and Stop Up To Traffic the Lane Adjoining Lots l3 - l8, 20 - 26 and Parcel A (see XF9223), Plan 2647, D.L. 7, Kootenay District

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 578 of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT the City of Revelstoke Big Eddy Lane Closure Bylaw
#l465, l993 be repealed in its' entirety.
2. THAT the lane adjoining Lots l3 - l8, 20 - 26, and Parcel
A (see XF9223), Plan 2647, D.L. 7, Kootenay District, as
outlined in Plan attached as Schedule "A" and prepared by
W.M. Maddox, B.C.L.S. on July 20, l993 is not required for
road purposes, is hereby Closed and Stopped Up to traffic
of all kinds.
3. THIS Bylaw shall be advertised in the Times-Review prior
to the adoption thereof.
4. THAT access is not an issue.
5. THIS Bylaw shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
6. THIS Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Big Eddy Lane Closure Bylaw #1484, 1994."

READ A THIRD TIME THIS 24th DAY OF MAY , 1994
RECONSIDERED AND FINALLY ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF JUNE , 1994.
