Being a Bylaw to Permit Encroachment on Highways
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT the owners of properties legally described as:
Lot A, Plan l4869 located at 20l W. Victoria Rd.
are permitted to erect and maintain, in accordance with
the terms and conditions of the Encroachment Agreement,
attached as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, a canopy as
described in the Encroachment Agreement over that portion
of the highway described in the Encroachment Agreement.
2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City
of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw #l474, l993."
3. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon
its' adoption thereof by City Council.

READ A THIRD TIME THIS 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER , l993
