Being a By-Law of the City of Revelstoke to Close Off And Stop Up to Traffic Part of Fir St. adjoining Block 65, and Lot l, Block 66, Plan 925 and Lot 7, Block l3, and Lot l, Block l4, Plan 636K, Section 27, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 578 of the Municipal Act, in ope meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT part of Fir Street adjoining Block 65 and Lot l, Block
66, Plan 925 and Lot 7, Block l3, and Lot l, Block l4, Plan 636K, Section 27, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th
Meridian, Kootenay District as outlined in Plan attached as
Schedule "A" and prepared by W.M. Maddox, B.C.L.S. on
August l0, l993 is not required for road purposes, is hereby
Closed and Stopped Up to traffic of all kinds.
2. THIS By-Law shall be advertised in the Times-Review prior to
the adoption thereof.
3. THAT access is not an issue.
4. THIS By-Law shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. THIS By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Fir Street Lane Closure By-Law #l466, l993."
