A By-Law To Permit Encroachment On Highways
_________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem it prudent to enact a By-Law to permit encroachments on highways.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT the owners of properties legally described as:
Lots 5 - 6, Block l7, Plan 9504 - located at
l300 Douglas St.
are permitted to erect and maintain, in accordance with
the terms and conditions of the Encroachment Agreement,
attached as Schedule "A" to this By-Law, a canopy as
described in the Encroachment Agreement over that portion
of the Highway described in the Encroachment Agreement.
2. THAT By-Law #l454 be repealed in its' entirety.
3. THAT this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City
of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment By-Law #1459, 1993."
4. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect upon
its' adoption thereof by City Council.
