Being A Bylaw Of The City of Revelstoke To Close Off Cross Street And Portions of Garden Avenue and Track Street Adjacent to Lots 6 to 24 And Lots 46 to 64 Of Plan 765, Section 34, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 578 of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT Cross Street and portions of Garden Avenue and Track Street,
adjacent to Lots 6 to 24 and Lots 46 to 64 of Plan 765, Section 34,
Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District,
as outlined in Plan attached as Schedule "A" and prepared by
Wm. Maddox, B.C.L.S. on May l, l992 are not required for road purposes,
are hereby Closed and Stopped Up to traffic of all kinds.
2. This Bylaw was advertised in the Revelstoke Review prior to the
adoption thereof.
3. Access is not an issue as a new road plan is being registered with a
new subdivision.
4. This Bylaw shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke
Railway Museum Road Closure Bylaw #l440, l992."
