CITY OF REVELSTOKE

Being A By-Law To Amend By-Law #l2l6 __________________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS Council deems it necessary to amend By-Law #l2l6 to provide the same wording for both Schedule "B" and Schedule "C" employees.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT Section ll.A be amended by deleting in its' entirety subsection (ii) thereof and by substituting the following therefor:
"(ii) Administration personnel that are in the tenth to nineteenth year of service shall be entitled to five (5) weeks annual vacation."
2. THAT Section ll.A be further amended by adding thereto the following:
"(iii) Administative personnel that are in the twentieth and subsequent years of service shall be entitled to six (6) weeks annual vacation."
3. THAT Schedule "B" be amended by deleting By-Law Enforcement Officer therefrom and by substituting therefor the words "Chief Building Inspector."
4. THAT this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke Conditions of Employment Amendment By-Law #l42l, l99l."
