CITY OF REVELSTOKE

Being a By-Law of the City of Revelstoke to close a part of Garden Avenue adjacent to Lots l and 2, Block l2, Plan 636, Section 27, Tp. 23, R.2, W6M, Kootenay District
__________________________________________________________________________
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 578 of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT part of Garden Avenue, adjacent to Lots l and 2, Block l2,
Plan 636, Section 27, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian,
Kootenay District, as outlined in Plan attached as Schedule "A' and
prepared by W.M. Maddox, B.C.L.S. on September l, l989 is not
required for road purposes, is hereby Closed and Stopped Up to
traffic of all kinds.
2. This By-Law shall be advertised in the Revelstoke Times prior to the
adoption thereof.
3. Access is not an issue.
4. This By-Law shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke
Garden Avenue Partial Road Closure By-Law #l37l, l989.
