Being a By-Law of the City of Revelstoke to close a Frontage Road Adjacent To Lot B, Plan l6284, L.S. l3, Section 34, Tp. 23, Range 2, W6M, Kootenay District.

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. That the Frontage Road adjacent to Lot B, Plan l6284, L.S. l3,
Section 34, Tp. 23, Range 2, W6M, Kootenay District. as outlined in
Plan Attached as Schedule "A" and prepared by W.M. Maddox, B.C.L.S.
on August 8, l989, is not required for road purposes, is hereby
Closed and Stopped Up to Traffic of all kinds.
2. This By-Law shall be advertised in the Revelstoke Times prior to the
adoption thereof.
3. Access is not an issue.
4. This By-Law shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke
Frontage Road Closure By-law #l367, l989."
