Being a By-Law of the City of Revelstoke to close a part of Victoria Road adjacent to Lot l4, Plan 636A, Sec. 27, Tp. 23, R.2, W6M, Kootenay District

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 578 of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT part of Victoria Road adjacent to Lot l4, Plan 636A, Section 27
Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District,
as outlined in Plan Attached as Schedule "A" and prepared by
Russell Shortt, B.C.L.S. on May l0, l984, is not required for road
purposes, is hereby Closed and Stopped Up to traffic of all kinds.
2. This By-Law shall be advertised in the Revelstoke Times prior to the
adoption thereof.
3. The City is the owner of Lot l4, Plan 636A and access is not an issue.
4. This By-Law shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke
Victoria Road - Second Street Partial Road Closure By-Law No. l360,
l989.
