A By-Law to Amend the Five Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget
By-Law No. l343, l988

WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 266 of the Municipal Act, the Council is required by By-Law to adopt a Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget for the Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke
Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget Amendment By-Law
No. l357, l989.
2. Schedule "A" attached hereto and made part of this By-Law is hereby
adopted and is the Capital Expenditure Program Budget, as amended of
the City of Revelstoke for the years l988 - l992 inclusive.
