A Program to Allow for Capital Expenditure for the Period 1988 - 1992 inclusive

WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 266 of the Municipal Act, the Council is required by By-Law to adopt a Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget for the Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke
Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget By-Law #l343, l988."
2. Schedule "A" attached hereto and made part of this By-Law is
hereby adopted and is the CAPITAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM BUDGET
of the City of Revelstoke for the years l988 - l992 inclusive.
