A By-Law To Amend the Five Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget

WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 266 of the Municipal Act, the Council is required by By-Law to adopt a Five-Year
Capital Expenditure Program Budget for the Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget Amendment By-Law #l339,
l988.
2. Schedule "A" attached hereto and made part of this By-Law is hereby
adopted and is the Capital Expenditure Program Budget, as amended of
the City of Revelstoke for the years l987 - l99l inclusive.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS llth DAY OF APRIL , l988
READ A SECOND TIME THIS llth DAY OF APRIL , l988
READ A THIRD TIME THIS llth DAY OF APRIL , l988
