CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BY-LAW #1309, 1986

A By-Law of the City of Revelstoke to close a part of Fifth Street adjacent to Lots l0 - l6 inclusive, a part of the lane between Lots l3 to l9 inclusive both of Plan 5962, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District and a part of Connaught Avenue adjacent to Lot l0 of Plan 5962.

The Council of the City of Revelstoke in the Province of British Columbia pursuant to Section 578 of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. That part of Fifth Street, adjacent to Lots l0 - l6 inclusive, that part of the lane adjacent to Lots l7 - l9 inclusive and that part of Connaught Avenue adjacent to Lot l0 all of Plan 5962, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District as outlined on a Plan attached as Schedule "A" and prepared by Russell N. Shortt on
March 24, l986 are not required for road purposes are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds.
2. This By-Law shall be advertised in the Revelstoke Review prior to the adoption thereof.
3. Access is not an issue.
4. This By-Law shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "Community Center - Fire Hall Road Closure By-Law No. l309, l986."
