CITY OF REVELSTOKE

BY-LAW #1297

___________________________________________________________________

A By-Law to authorize the widening of 4th Street adjacent to the Rem. Lot 4, Block 6 and Lot 5, Block 6 of Plan 636K.
___________________________________________________________________


THEREFORE pursuant to Section 578 (l) (a) of the Municipal Act of the Province of British Columbia, the Council of the City of Revelstoke in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:

l. The plan attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law, as Schedule "A", indicates the road widening on 4th Street.

2. An agreement has been entered into with the adjoining property owners, namely:

(a) Mr. Joe W. Shamon & Stella,
Box 943,
Revelstoke, B.C. VOE 2SO

Being the owners of Remainder of Lot 4.

(b) Frenorm Holdings Ltd.,
Box 29, Site l4, R.R. #7,
Calgary, Alta. T4P 2G7

Being the owners of Lot 5.

Both agreements attached hereto as Schedule "B" and "C" respectively.

3. This By-Law shall take effect upon its' registration in the Nelson Land Titles Office.

4. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "4th Street Widening By-Law
#l297, l985."
