CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BY-LAW NO. 1291

A By-Law to amend the "City of Revelstoke Annual Budget By-Law No. l275, l984 Schedule "A".
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 264 of the Municipal Act, being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia for l979 as amended, that no expenditure is lawful which is not provided for in the Annual Budget or in the Annual Budget as amended.
THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
l. That the revenue and expenditure estimate of the Annual Budget as amended
for the year l984 attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this
By-Law be and the same is hereby adopted.
2. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke
Budget Amendment By-Law No. l29l, l985."
