CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BY-LAW NO. 1289

A By-Law to repeal By-Law No. l267 and to amend Mobile Home Park & Subdivision By-Law No. l080, l976.

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British
Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. That By-Law No. l267 be repealed in its' entirety.
2. By-Law No. l080, l976 is hereby amended by deleting the figures 2.5 in
Section 4.l (3) of the said By-Law and by substituting therefore, the
figure 2.0.
3. That said By-Law No. l080, l976 be further amended by deleting the figure
6000 in Section 4.4 (l) and substituting therefore, the figures 5920.3.
4. That By-Law No. l080, l976 be further amended by adding the following
words to Section 4.6 (4) after the words "Medical Health Officer"-
"and/or the Ministry of the Environment, as the case may be,"
5. That By-Law No. l080, l976 be further amended by deleting the figures 2.5
in Section 4.9 (7) thereof, and by substituting therefore the figures 2.0.
6. That By-Law No. l080, l976 be further amended by adding a new subsection (5) to Section 4.6 as follows:
(5) Where an acceptable central collection system has been approved
by the Medical Health Officer or the Ministry of the Environment,
as the case may be, the lot size may be reduced to 5920.3 sq. ft."
7. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "Mobile Home Park and
Subdivision Amendment By-Law No. l289, l985."
