Mayor McKee called the meeting to order at 11:46 a.m.


ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Richardson that the Agenda be adopted as presented.

1. Five Year Financial Plan 2008 – 2012 Bylaw No. 1906

Moved by Councillor Raven, seconded by Councillor Johnston that the Five Year Financial Plan 2008 - 2012 Bylaw No. 1906 be adopted by Council.

2. Tax Rates Bylaw No. 1907

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Frew that the Tax Rates Bylaw No. 1907 be adopted by Council.

3. Water Regulations Amendment Bylaw No. 1909

Moved by Councillor Richardson, seconded by Councillor Raven that Water Regulations Amendment Bylaw No. 1909 be adopted by Council.
CARRIED

4. Sewer Rates Amendment Bylaw No. 1910

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Frew that Sewer Rates Amendment Bylaw No. 1910 be adopted by Council.
