CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor McKee called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m.


ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

Moved by Councillor Richardson, seconded by Councillor Singh that the Agenda be adopted as presented.
CARRIED


BUSINESS ITEMS:

1. Request to Close Grizzly Plaza – RCMP Bike Rodeo

Moved by Councillor Singh, seconded by Councillor Richardson that Council approve the closure of Grizzly Plaza on Saturday, May 5, 2007 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

2. Birch Drive Road Closure and Improvement Bylaw No. 1866 (Bo Kyong Construction & Development Canada Co. Ltd.) 1500 Birch Drive

Moved by Councillor Singh, seconded by Councillor MacFarlane that Council gives First, Second and Third Readings to the City of Revelstoke Birch Drive Road Closure and Improvement Bylaw No. 1866.

RESOLVE INTO IN CAMERA

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Richardson that Council move into In Camera 12:13 p.m. to consider items of business pursuant to Section 90.1(c) of the Community Charter.
CARRIED
