CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor McKee called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.


ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

Moved by Councillor Singh, seconded by Councillor Johnston that the Agenda be adopted as presented.
CARRIED


BUSINESS ITEMS:

1. City of Revelstoke Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1850 and City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1854 – Mount Mackenzie Resort

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Johnston that City of Revelstoke Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1850 be amended to include the provision for the Bylaw to take effect for areas within the City on the adoption date and on February 15, 2007 for the land outside the City.
CARRIED

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Singh that City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1850 as amended be adopted.
CARRIED

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Frew that City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1854 be adopted.
CARRIED

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Johnston that the meeting adjourn at 2:20 p.m.
