CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor McKee called the meeting to order at 4:50 p.m.


ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

Moved by Councillor Richardson, seconded by Councillor MacFarlane that the Agenda be adopted as presented.
CARRIED


BUSINESS ITEMS:

1. Deputy Approving Officer

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Richardson that pursuant to Section 22 of the Interpretation Act and the Land Title Act, Council hereby appoints Bryant Yeomans as Deputy Approving Officer to act in the absence of the Approving Officer.

Moved by Councillor Frew, seconded by Councillor Singh that the meeting adjourn at 4:55 p.m.
