FRIDAY, MARCH 12, 2004, COMMENCING AT 12:15 P.M.

Council: Mayor Mark McKee
Councillors: P. Frew, B. MacFarlane, T. O’Hagan, N. Richardson, M. Singh
Excused: Councillor C. Johnston



CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor McKee called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. and welcomed everyone in attendance.


ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Singh that the Agenda be adopted as presented.
CARRIED


BUSINESS ITEMS:

1. Mount Mackenzie Resort Ltd Master Plan

Moved by Councillor MacFarlane, seconded by Councillor Singh that City Council make an application to the Economic Opportunity Fund in the amount of $80,000 to assist with costs to hire Brent Harley and Dayton and Knight as previously approved to review the Mt. Mackenzie Resort Ltd. Master Plan.
