CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor McKee called the meeting to order at 11:50 p.m. and welcomed everyone in attendance.


ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

Moved by Councillor Frew, seconded by Councillor Johnston that the Agenda be adopted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

1. City of Revelstoke Five Year Financial Plan 2003 – 2007 Bylaw No. 1708

Moved by Councillor Frew, seconded by Councillor Johnston that City of Revelstoke Five Year Financial Plan 2003 – 2007 Bylaw No. 1708 receive Final Reading and be Adopted by Council.
CARRIED

2. City of Revelstoke Tax Rates Bylaw No. 1709

Moved by Councillor Johnston, seconded by Councillor Richardson that City of Revelstoke Tax Rates Bylaw No. 1709 receive Final Reading and be Adopted by Council.
CARRIED
