How do I make payment on my Residential Utility invoice?

Payments can be made in person at city hall, mail, through online banking or by way of the Residential Utility Installment Plan; cheque, cash, or debit card are accepted forms of payment. Credit card payments are not accepted for property tax or utility payments.
