Revelstoke, BC - The City of Revelstoke is providing notice of a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 10, at 1 p.m. in Council Chambers for consideration of the following bylaws in relation to the subject properties - 1009 and 1015 Oscar Street. 

The amendment bylaws are: 

• Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2432 which proposes to amend the land use designation of the subject property from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential.

• Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2433 which proposes to rezone the subject property from Low Density Residential – Ground Oriented Dwelling Zone (R-LD1) to Medium Density Residential – Multi-Unit Condominium Zone (R-MD3).

APPLICATION DETAILS
Any person wishing to inspect hard copies of the related documents may view them at the Planning and Development Services department located at 216 Mackenzie Avenue on the following weekday dates: February 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 27 and March 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10  between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. 

SUBMISSIONS 
Any persons who consider they are affected by the bylaws are invited to speak at the regular council meeting on March 10, 2026, at 1 p.m. in Council Chambers (#102-103 Second Street East) or may send written submissions to publichearings@revelstoke.ca prior to 10 a.m. Please be advised that all submissions received will be published on the agenda and are considered a public record. No further submissions will be considered by Council after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
