Pursuant to the requirements of the Community Charter, the City of Revelstoke gives notice of its intention to provide a lease agreement to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada for a five (5) year term from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030, for a monthly sum equal to 93.82% of the Ministry of Finance Loan Repayment debt, 93.82% of the Self-funded Construction Cost until total debt is recovered, and 93.82% of Occupancy Costs. 

The property is located at 404 Campbell Avenue, Revelstoke, BC, and is to be leased for the purpose of housing the Revelstoke RCMP Detachment. The location is legally described as Lot 1, Plan NEP71626, Section 34, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay Land District, PID: 025-455-011.
