Pursuant to section 40 of the Community Charter, the City of Revelstoke gives notice of its intention to dispose of a 0.981 ha portion of dedicated highway to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, in exchange for a 1.22 ha portion of land to be dedicated as highway as part of the Camozzi Road realignment project.

Any persons who consider they are affected by the bylaw are invited to speak to the bylaw at the regular Council Meeting on January 13, 2026, at 1 p.m. in Council Chambers (#102-103 Second Street East, Revelstoke, BC) or send submissions to coportate@revelstoke.ca prior to 10 a.m. for inclusion in the agenda package.
