The City of Revelstoke is excited to report that on August 12, 2021 the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia announced approval of joint funding from Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program to upgrade the wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) to meet current federal regulations and increase capacity.

An estimated Phase 1 project cost of $13,398,000, has the City receiving $5,359,200 from the Federal Government and $4,465,553 from the Provincial Government with the remaining $3,573,247 funded by the City.
