The health and well-being of our community and visitors is always our number one priority. The City of Revelstoke is in daily communications with Interior Health and Federal Agencies and is closely monitoring the situation with the Coronavirus, COVID-19. All levels of Government are working together to provide a coordinated approach and consistent messaging. The City of Revelstoke and Interior Health are prepared and have Emergency Plans in place in case of a pandemic. Please follow the Interior Health Website https://www.interiorhealth.ca/YourEnvironment/CommunicableDiseaseControl/Pages/Breaking-News-and-Info.aspx for information on what is happening in our area, additional resources and what to do if you think you may have been exposed to or are experiencing symptoms.

Key facts about Coronavirus Disease

• The risk of COVID-19 transmission continues to remain low for residents of British Columbia.

• Anyone who is concerned that they may have been exposed to, or is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, should contact their primary care provider or call 8-1-1.

• The Public Health Agency of Canada has set up a COVID-19 telephone information line at: 1-833-784-4397.
