The City of Revelstoke currently seeks individuals to volunteer for the Heritage Advisory Commission and the Board of Variance.  The following is information on how these committees play a role in Council process.  Apply TODAY!

Board of Variance:

The board is an independent body which hears appeals under the Zoning Bylaw and makes decisions on minor variances to allow a degree of flexibility or relief when illustrated by the applicant that compliance would cause undue hardship.

 Heritage Advisory Commission:

If you have a passion for local history and are ready to create a better future, the City of Revelstoke is looking for YOU! They need members dedicated to ensuring the preservation of historic buildings in Revelstoke. The commission advises Council on matters relating to the built form, culture, and natural heritage of the community.
