The City of Revelstoke Public Works department is advising all water users that with the current cold weather and expected cold weather that there is a chance that it could drive the frost deeper into the ground.

Anyone who has experienced frozen water lines in the past should leave their water taps running to avoid expensive thawing. If you have experienced frozen water lines before, leave your water taps running to avoid disruption in your service.
