In accordance with the City’s “Tree Management Policy” we have been gradually removing the
powdery mildew infested maple trees on Mackenzie Avenue.
The ten trees scheduled for remove this fall have been marked with fagging tape.
Work will be performed by City staff during the week of November 21 - 25.
These trees will be replaced in the spring with a variety of species diversifying our urban
forest.
