A new electric vehicle (EV) charging station was electrified last week at the City’s Public Parking Lot located on First Street East at Orton Avenue.  The Level 2 station was installed in partnership with Accelerate Kootenays – Canada’s first regional and community-driven strategy to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles.
