The City of Revelstoke is currently seeking members for the committees noted below and invite applications from interested parties.  Committee members are volunteers selected for their interest, experience, knowledge, skills and ability to represent the population of the area.

Environmental Advisory Committee

The purpose of the committee is to provide advice and recommendations with respect to promoting and encouraging environmental citizenship and achieving the environmental objectives described in the Official Community Plan and the Community Development Action Plan.

Public Art Committee

The purpose of the committee is to provide advice and suggestions to Council on appropriate public art projects in the City of Revelstoke.

Economic Development Commission

The purpose of the commission is to provide advice and suggestions to the City of Revelstoke and the CSRD Area ‘B’ Regional Director with respect to promoting economic growth and stability in the Revelstoke area. Members are volunteers selected for their interest, experience, knowledge, skills and ability to represent the population of the area.
