Also, stay tuned for information on Columbia Basin Trust's up and coming Heritage funding program. The City of Revelstoke Planning Department approached the Columbia Basin Trust about the potential for funding earlier this year with great support from Heritage BC, the Revelstoke Heritage Commission, and local citizens. At that point in time the Columbia Basin Trust didn't have any applicable funding programs. Good news came recently at the Heritage BC Annual Conference where Lynda Lafleur from the Columbia Basin Trust announced the making of a new Heritage funding program that will be applicable to the Revelstoke Courthouse roof. We don't have the details yet, but will keep you informed as soon as we do.

Thanks to all of you that made your support known! I'm sure it played a big part in bringing about the new funding program.
