[ARCHIVED] Week 4, September 6 - 9, 2016 - Roundabout Update

There will be no construction work during Labour Day weekend, work will resume on Tuesday, September 6th. The construction site will be monitored throughout the weekend for safety and to ensure that signage remains intact and clearly visible.

Overview Construction Activities:
Final grading of the circle aggregate will be completed on Tuesday. It is expected that the curb on the inner ring will be poured on Wednesday, when complete, crews will continue with pouring the curb on the outer ring.

Traffic Management:
There will be single lane traffic for short periods when the curb is being poured, expect up to 10 minute delays during peak times.

Some pedestrian traffic will be affected when the curb between Jacobson Ford and Wright Street is poured, which will likely occur mid-week. Signs will be posted on Victoria Road and Wales Street warning of the closure. Please use caution and stay outside of the marked perimeters.

Thank you residents, businesses and visitors for your continued patience during the construction period.
