[ARCHIVED] MacKenzie Avenue Street Light & Electrical Conduit upgrades

The City of Revelstoke will commence the replacement of the Mackenzie Ave. street lights May 19, 2015. This replacement will also require an upgrade to the existing underground electrical conduit. This work should last about 3 weeks.

Electrical power to the affected street lights must be terminated during construction. The west side of Mackenzie Ave will be without street lighting for approximately two weeks. The east side of Mackenzie Ave is scheduled for the upgrade upon completion of the west side.

During construction we ask residents to please obey the construction signs and not to park along Mackenzie Ave. Sidewalk closures will be in effect.
Every effort will be made during construction to minimize inconvenience to home owners in the affected area.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the Public Works Department at 837-2001.
