Please be advised that the City of Revelstoke will be hosting a Public Open House regarding the Zoning Bylaw Text Amendment and Rezoning applications for two properties located at 1750 & 1816 Nichol Road. The proposed development includes 1580 residential units in a variety of residential formats and limited commercial uses adjacent to Nichol Road. Due to the scale and complexity of the subject applications the Public Open House has been added in addition to the standard public consultation process (i.e., formal Public Hearing). The Public Open House will include a brief presentation followed by an Open House format with staff available for questions. The formal Public Hearing is expected to take place late May or early June with prior notice posted in the Revelstoke Review.
