Effective at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 and until further notice, all Special Occasion Fires (Bylaw 1772, section 5.0) are banned in the City of Revelstoke.

This fire ban has been implemented by the Fire Chief in conjunction with the campfire ban issued by the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, Southeast Fire Centre.

To report a fire emergency, please call 911.
