Southern Interior Municipal Employers’ Association (SIMEA) is inviting Proposals from qualified firms to provide benefits administration services. SIMEA is seeking a provider who has an established record and reputation in managing accounts of a similar size to SIMEA and provides a proactive approach to managing a municipal portfolio.

SIMEA is comprised of City of Kelowna, City of Penticton, City of Revelstoke, District of Summerland, Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen and Town of Princeton. SIMEA has a current enrolment of approximately 1,271 employees and the number of employees currently enrolled within five main groups are: CUPE, IAFF, IBEW, BCGEU and Management/Exempt.
