BC’s Homeowner Grant

All residential property owners can now claim their 2026 grant with the Province. Ways to apply include: 

• Apply online at gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant 
• Call 1 (888) 355-2700, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
