The Corporate Administration Department is responsible for:
Administrating the functions of the mayor's office
and Committee of the Whole reports and generating agenda packages for distribution
Disposition of city-owned land
Ensuring that accurate minutes of the meetings of Council and all select committees and commissions of the council are prepared
Maintaining specific council directives, motions, policies, and city bylaws
Managing city agreements and contracts
Overseeing general local elections, voter information, and registration
Overseeing municipal records management and archives
Responding to public inquiries
Scheduling council delegations and presentations for the public, government agencies, and organizations

The Corporate Administration Department oversees the following operations:
Public Notice - City to Enforce Downtown Parking Regulations
Effective July 9, 2018 Bylaw Compliance Officers will be issuing tickets for parking infractions.
2017 Annual Report
The Annual Report is now available for public inspection and will be considered by Council at the Regular Council Meeting on June 26, 2018.
