Senior Fit Program

Packed with fun and laughter, this class will bring you back in time. Lite aerobics to the tunes of the 70’s. Participants will get a full body work out designed to improve cardio endurance that will leave you feeling energized.

All level of fitness welcome. Our certified instructor will modify all moves to accommodate each person’s level of comfort. This class will never be dull with a mixture of different exercises to make sure you are getting full body strengthening and exercise.

This class incorporates light aerobics, balance and fall prevention, elastic resistance training, golden barre, Pilates and Tai Chi

6-week Sessions:
Session 1: October 1 – November 5
Session 2: November 12 - December 17
Session 3: January 7 – February 11
Session 4: February 18 – March 24
