Cancellation Policy

Program Refund Policy: 

For full program refund, we require a minimum of one week's notice prior to the start of the class. If you must cancel within one week of the start date, a cancellation fee will apply. There is no fee to transfer to another program or class. Refunds are not given after the program begins unless circumstances are beyond the individual's control. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment. FULL refunds (excluding online processing fees) will be issued if the Revelstoke Parks, Recreation & Culture Department cancels the program. In the event of a program cancellation or refund request, reimbursement of the course fee may take 1 -3 weeks.

All online processing fees are non refundable.
