Sushi Making Class

Want to learn how to make Sushi? Something the whole family will like? This class will include all supplies, and instruction. Not only will you get to take sushi home for supper, but you will also receive your own new bamboo mat for sushi making! Sushi is defined as Short grain rice cooked with vinegar sugar and salt. Learn sushi making techniques good for the whole family, covering different styles, such as roll, box, inari, and cone presentation.
Maximum 8 people so be sure to get your spot!

Self Defense Seminar

Geared towards men and women
This self-defense course is designed for everyone. This class will focus on basic techniques such as strikes, punches, joint locks, chokes, grip release and escape methods. taught by professional female and male instructors - Chic Sharp is 4th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate with 37 years year teaching experience and Chantal Faucher is a 2nd degree black belt and former National Karate Team member.
 When: January 28th & 29th, 2017.                                 Time: 1:00pm-3:30pm

Adult Mixed Slow-Pitch 2017

Date: Tuesdays & Wednesdays April 25th - August 2nd (Pending Field Conditions)
(15 games per Tuesday & Wednesday)
Time: 6:30pm Cost: $475.00
Approx. $40 per player for the season (including tournament fees)
Location: Various ball fields in Revelstoke
Maximum 12 teams per day based on "first come first serve" basis. Be sure to sign up early to get your preferred day.
