Sushi Making Class(Class is now FULL!)

Want to learn how to make Sushi? Something the whole family will like? This class will include all supplies, and instruction. Not only will you get to take sushi home for supper, but you will also receive your own new bamboo mat for sushi making! Sushi is defined as Short grain rice cooked with vinegar sugar and salt. Learn sushi making techniques good for the whole family, covering different styles, such as roll, box, inari, and cone presentation.

5 Week Fitness Program:
The City of Revelstoke is pleased to offer a FREE 5 week fitness program in Kovach Park. This Park is now enhanced with outdoor equipment, new washroom facilities, and a new playground most recently added. Bring the kids to play!
Join Chantal Faucher for outdoor circuit training, including cardio strength and core training. This program will be geared towards all ages and all levels of fitness 13+.
When: Thursday evenings @ 6:00pm

Cheese Making 101
Discover your love of cheese and take it to the next level. Learn how to make your own homemade chesses! Classes include ingredients, instructions and cultures to make your own delicious cheese at home.

Time: 6:30pm Cost: $475.00 (including tournament fees) or $400 (excluding tournament registration)
Location: Various ball fields in Revelstoke
Maximum 12 teams per day based on "first come first serve" basis. Be sure to sign up early to get your preferred day.
Teams must register prior to Friday, April 7th, 2017.
