Red Cross Swim Preschool
This 5 level program allows your child (4 months with the ability to hold their head up - 5 years) to enter levels based on their age and abilities. Each of the Red Cross Swim Preschool levels offers children fun, safe and engaging environment to learn the basics of swimming and water safety. These are the animal levels Starfish through Whale.
Red Cross Swim Kids
Red Cross Swim Kids is a 10 level stand-alone program for five to twelve-year old children. Children learn to swim, be fit, and stay in a fun environment that promotes achieving a personal best and celebrates personal success.

Adult Swim Lessons
Designed to meet your Needs. Learn to swim in Red Cross Swim Basics 1 and 2, develop or improve strokes in Red Cross Strokes. The program is customized to your individual goals and rate of progress.
Swim Basics: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Session 1, 3, 4 or 6, 5:00pm - 5:30pm. Cost: $60.75
Swim Strokes: Wednesday, January 11th- March 1st or April 5th - May 24th, 12:00pm-12:45pm.
Changes in Classes
Some classes fill quickly. If the class you want is full, please ask to be put on a waiting list. You will be contacted if space becomes available, or if we add extra classes. The Aquatic Centre reserves the right to cancel or alter programs if the minimum registration is not obtained. We appreciate your understanding when we are occasionally required to cancel or combine classes, usually due to insufficient registration.
If you are unsure of your swimming level, our Pool Supervisor or one of the instructors / lifeguards will assist in placing you in the appropriate level.
